1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how VUNOVI ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit vunovi.com, use our contact and newsletter forms, or play games we publish, including Bowl of Pho on Google Play.

By using our website or games you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use them.

2. Information We Collect

On the website:

  • Your name, email address, topic and message, when you submit the contact form.
  • Your email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter.
  • Basic technical data that your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, browser type, device type and the pages requested. This is processed by our hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
  • Your language preference, stored locally in your browser.

In our games (such as Bowl of Pho), the third-party services described in Section 5 may automatically collect:

  • Device identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID and an app instance ID.
  • Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, language, app version and approximate location derived from the IP address.
  • Usage and gameplay events, and crash reports.
  • Information about ads shown and how they are interacted with.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to messages sent through the contact form.
  • Send occasional updates to newsletter subscribers. You can ask to unsubscribe at any time.
  • Operate, maintain and improve our games, and understand how they are played.
  • Detect and fix crashes and technical problems.
  • Show ads in our games, which helps keep them free to play.
  • Keep our website and games secure, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your language choice in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Our games use identifiers and similar technologies provided by the advertising and analytics services listed in Section 5.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following service providers, who process data under their own terms and privacy policies:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and security.
  • Web3Forms — delivers contact and newsletter form submissions to our email.
  • Google Fonts — website fonts.
  • Google Play — distribution of our Android games, subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy.
  • Google AdMob — advertising in our games.
  • Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics — usage analytics and crash reporting in our games.

6. Advertising Choices

Our games contain ads. On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ads personalization in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent before using your data for personalized advertising.

7. Sharing of Information

We share information only with the service providers listed above, when required by law or a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, users or the security of our services. We do not sell personal information.

8. International Transfers

Our service providers may process data on servers outside Vietnam, including in the United States and other countries. By using our website and games you understand that your information may be transferred and processed there.

9. Data Retention

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond to you, and newsletter email addresses until you ask to unsubscribe. Analytics and crash data are kept according to the settings of the respective provider. We may keep data longer where the law requires it.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information, including serving the website over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

Under Vietnamese personal data protection law, and other laws that may apply to you, you may have the right to be informed about, access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw your consent, and object to or restrict its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by law.

12. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
